The spacious apartments were perfect for our group, offering plenty of room to move about. The location of the apartments was also great, situated in a key area of the city. the staff were very helpful during our stay.
The apartments were not cleaned properly upon our arrival, which was a major disappointment. It took an hour for the staff to come and clean the room, and even then, we were worried about the overall hygiene of the place.

The apartments were difficult to find but we appreciated the service of the lady wehn we arrived and her directions. The locality was good for us to do my work and go to the football at Etihad the previous night.
We liked the security of the apartments but the parking was an issue because we had a Prado the vehicle was too high so leaving it out in the open for two nights was a concern.

Being able to stay and relax, with great views, peace and quiet but so close to all attractions the Melbourne cbd has to offer.
More comfortable and bigger couch in room would have been great.

This 3 bedroom apartment at 17 storey bay fronting has a wonderful city and marina bay view . It only fit 5 adults in the 3 bedrooms, if the 6th bed was to be fitted in ,the wardrobe will be block entirely . The kitchen oven is old and utensile can be improved . Hot water is insufficient for 2 bath rooms usage during winter time . The apartment lay out is excellence and apartment surrounding are open , new and fasinating . Free city tram station is just 5 mins walk away .We enjoy our stay in the appartment .

You won’t be disappointed if you eat at Berth, which is very close to the apartment. We could walk to melbourne zoo, the flat was a few steps away from it

The location is great, with a tram stop within walking distance and pleasant views from the room. The dishes at a nearby hotel are also worth trying.

the view..the accessibility to all the spots in the city..
the key systems in case of large families. we were 9 people, booked 2 appartments and had 2 keys of each appartment. so moving up and down was rather tediuos with many a times someone gettin stuck outside. maybe you should give an extra master key per appartment more to bigger families.

A fantastic apartment in a fantastic location. Perfect for shopping, eating and sightseeing. Some of the best restaurants in Melbourne on your doorstep as well as great convenience stores and wine shop and cafes a few meters from your door. A free city circle tram will take you right around Melbourne cbd and several large shopping outlets are within a few hundred meters. Walking distance to everything and a great view. The apartments are lovely and modern and have everything you need in them.

The location of this weekend stay was great. It was located near shops and easy to get around to different attractions. the apartment had a nice view of the surrounding area, which was a great advantage to enjoy during the stay.
The service provided was overpriced and disappointing. Reception was not nearby and had to be walked to from the apartment.

Comfortable apartment with great views over Docklands to the bay. Parking under the building was very convenient. Free city tram past the door. Factory outlet shopping across the road.
A large number of restaurants in the area but a lot of them were closed during our stay.

It is in a nice and quite area with a nice view.
The staff who I dealt with was very unfriendly to say the least. The place should not be classified as serviced apartment or hotel apartment. It is just an apartment which only gets cleaned once a week, so if you stay less than one week, there is no cleaning at all.

The view from the balcony was stunning, both during the day and at night. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The walk-in shower was spacious and had amazing water pressure, providing a luxurious experience. The staff were very helpful and showed us the way to our room and parking.
Everything was fantastic.

I like the location most of all. The proximity to great shopping, Etihad stadium and the waterfront. The apartments are clean and modern and for the most part quiet (although we did have a bad night with noisy drunken neighbours on there balcony until 4.30 in the morning) The view is lovely and the great variety of restaurants is a plus. The children appreciated having there own space.

Very good location and proximity to the ethiad stadium, where we attended during the trip. Excellent view and very comfortable for my family. I highly recommend this apartment to friends.
